Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why this case will not be dismissed for default.

Cause as per order No. 04 dated 05.09.2016 has not been shown by the complainant and record shows that the complainant was absent last 04 (four) occasions including this day without any intimation. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence it is

that the case being No.CC-44/2016 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.
