Sh. L.B. Yadav counsel for complainant has made a statement that due to technical defect he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action and the documents may kindly be returned.

In view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he desires so. The Superintendent of this Forum is directed to return the documents against proper receipt. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
