                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant subject to fifth last opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The complainant has already availed several opportunities including five last opportunities but has failed to lead her entire evidence and today none has appeared on her behalf. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with her complaint.  Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
