This case has been listed today on IA-1, application for urgent hearing along with other connected cases but the dated fixed in the case is 13.06.2017, therefore list this case for hearing on 13.06.2017. Learned counsel for parties submit that matter involved in this appeal has been settled between the parties out of court. As per settlement the respondent no.1 insurance company has paid Rs.45,000/- to appellant in lump sum vide cheque no. 414151 dated 31.03.2017 of HDFC Bank. The cheque has been handed over to counsel for appellant. This amount has been accepted by the appellant/complainant in full and final satisfaction of his claim, therefore, there remains no ground to pursue this appeal, the appeal be disposed of in full satisfaction of the appellant as per terms of settlement. We have perused the settlement deed filed in the case. It has been signed by counsel for appellant as well as counsel for respondent no.1.
