ORDER

15.7.19.                      None for appellant.

                                    The appeal is being adjourned from time to time since 28.12.2015.  On 16.12.2016 taking note of the fact that nobody is appearing for the appellant and no application for condonation of delay has been filed, appellant was issued registered AD notice by giving last opportunity informing the next date of hearing.  Thereafter also the matter was adjourned thrice i.e. 15.12.2017, 16.2.2018 and 11.7.2018, but none appeared for the appellant.

                                    In view of the aforesaid, it seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting this appeal.  The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
