                   Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of DH.  It is now 2.45 p.m.   The counsel for the JD filed an application for the dismissal of execution as being fully satisfied.  The counsel for the JD stated that the JD has made a payment of Rs. 1,57,461/- on 25.04.2016 through RTGS account to the OP no. 2 the financer of the complainant in compliance of the award passed by this District Forum vide order dated 05.08.2014.  He has further stated that nothing is due to the DH from the JDs.  He has also annexed the copy of e-mail to show the payment of the said amount by RTGS to OP no. 2 and prayed for the dismissal of the application being fully satisfied. Accordingly, the execution application of the DH is dismissed. File be consigned to the record room.
