                   Both the parties filed hazira. Heard both the sides. The D.Hr. submitted that the J.Dr has not followed the direction of the Forum/Commission and not settled the claim in time. As per direction of trial court there is no any specific order to execute the order. The D.Hr is at liberty to file fresh case for further cause of action.

We are not inclined to continue this execution case and accordingly it is closed.
