          Both sides represented. Joint settlement memo signed by both the parties filed before the Commission stating that the opposite party has agreed to settle the claim for Rs.4,65,000/-. Based on the conditional settlement memo file before the Commission the matter is closed as ‘settled’ and the opposite party to settle the matter within 30 days. The condition for settlement will form a part of this order. The case is  closed as ‘settled.
