                   Statement of the DH recorded in which he stated that he has received a cheque No. 714165 dated 29.01.2016 of Rs. 10,663/- and now he does not want to proceed the execution petition further.  Hence in view of the statement of the DH the present execution petition is hereby dismissed being fully satisfied.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
