The Complainant is absent without taking any step.

None appears on behalf of the Complainant on repeated calls.

Today is fixed for hearing of argument. This case is pending long for argument.

The O.P is present by filing hazira through Ld. Agent.

On perusal the C.R it appears that the Complainant has no appearance on last two dates also today is absent on call.

The Ld. Agent for the O.P keeps submission for dismissal of the case.

Considering the facts and circumstances and having heard the Ld. Agent for the O.P it appears that there is no cause to proceed with this case.

The Complainant remains absent on three consecutive dates that seems he is not interested to proceed with this case.

Thus we are in considered opinion that the present case deserve to be dismissed.

Hence,

           it is ORDERED

                                      that the case be and the same is dismissed for default.

Let plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
