          Adv. Mehta is present on behalf of the Appellant.  Adv. Santosh Patil is present on behalf of the Respondent.

[2]     A self-operative order passed by this State Commission on 29/6/2011 in presence of both the parties in Miscellaneous Application No.684 of 2010, condoning the delay in filing the appeal subject to payment of costs of `2,000/- as a condition precedent, by the Applicant/Appellant to the Non-Applicant/ Respondent within a period of 30 days from the date of the said order and failing which without any further reference to the State Commission, the application for condonation of delay is to be automatically stand dismissed.

[3]     Admittedly, costs are not paid accordingly.  Therefore, the effect of self-operative order is that the application for condonation of delay automatically stands dismissed.  Consequently, the appeal is not admitted and stands rejected as time-barred.  No order as to costs.
