Advocate Mr.Badhe is present for appellant. Appellant has preferred the present appeal alongwith application for condonation of delay of nine days in preferring the appeal. It is contended by the advocate for applicant that impugned order came to be passed on 23/09/2022 and copy was received on 07/10/2022 and so there was delay of nine days. We have gone through the contents of the application for condonation of delay and looking to the grounds take by the applicant in the said application the delay of nine days is hereby condoned in the interest of justice. Appeal is taken on record. We have also heard the advocate on the point of admission. Appeal is hereby admitted. Applicant has also filed an application for grant of stay to the impugned order dated 23/09/2022 passed by learned District Consumer Commission Bhandara. In view of the submissions made stay is granted to the impugned order till reply and hearing on stay application provided the appellant deposits the balance decretal amount within a period of four weeks from today. Issue notice on stay application to respondent R/o. 21/03/2023.
