1.   This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

 

2.     This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. The opposite party entered appearance and filed version denying the allegations of deficiency in service raised by the complainant. Since 29.08.2020 this case is adjourned for the purpose of filing affidavit of the complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent a notice was issued to the complainant to appear before this Commission, to further proceed with this complaint. Even after accepting notice the complainant failed to appear before this Commission. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

  In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

      A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
