As per order of the Hon'ble State Commission No.SCDRC/PB/2023/5279 dated 6.7.2023, today the Ld. President has gone to District Consumer Commission Kapurthala on additional charge. Statement of Smt.Benika Saini, Complainant in Person recorded that she does not want to procceed further with the present complaint. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
