ORDER

Delay in filing the revision petitions are condoned for the reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the electric connections to the complainants have already been granted as per their seniority as settled by the State of Tamil Nadu but not in pursuance of the orders passed by the Fora below. He further submits that the only reason for approaching this Commission is that order passed by the State Commission may not constitute a precedent for future. We would like to allay that apprehension of the petitioner electricity board by observing that the orders passed by the Fora below were made in peculiar facts and circumstances of these Cases and would not constitute precedent for future. Revision petitions are accordingly disposed of with above observations.
