Learned counsel Sh. Gaurav Sharma for the appellant has appeared through video conferencing and stated that the appellant company – M/s Educomp Solutions Ltd. has become insolvent, hence unable to take steps for issuance of notice upon respondent.

Learned counsel for the appellant has further stated that the Commission be pleased to dismiss the appeal.

As per the version of the learned counsel for the appellant, on account of non-taking the proper steps for issuance of notice on the respondent and on account of non-complying with the previous order of this Commission, the appeal shall stand dismissed.  No order as to costs.

Let the copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned District Commission for information and necessary action.

                       File be consigned to the record room.
