Order No.02, Dated: 23.03.2015

The Dhr. and the representative of the jdrs.  are present.  Ld. Advocate Murari Mohan Kumar on behalf of Jdr. No.1, appears and files vokalatnama along with a petition praying for time to file objection.  The prayer is considered and rejected as there is no provision to file objection in this case. 

            Heard the representative of the Jdr. and the Dhr. 

The representative, Sujit Dey, Public Relation Inspector of the Jdr.  has submitted that the Jdrs. have complied all the directions as given in the impugned final order dated 6.3.2013 passed in D.F. Case No.29/2010.   Being asked the Dhr. has admitted that the Jdrs. have complied the direction as mentioned and he is satisfied.

            In the above premises we find nothing to proceed with this case further.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

 that the execution case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.

            Let the copy of this order be supplied to all the parties free of cost.
