Today the case is fixed for  filing of Written version by the O.P. The complainant is present along with her advocate and filed a memo of petition on the ground that the matter has been settled with the O.p. out side this Hon;ble Froum.The complainant went to withdraw the case and not want to proceed with the case any further.

Heard. As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further the present complainant case is hear by dropped as withdrawn and the complainant is not in liberty to raise the same matted before this forum any further.

Accordingly the present case is disposed of inform the parties as per rule.
