Final Order / Judgement

The record is put up by petition filed on behalf of the complainant. An application is filed for amendment of the complaint along with copy. The said application is registered as MA/16/2022.

The application for amendment is taken up for hearing. After hearing the Ld. Advocate and perusing the petition we find that the amendment sought for is very formal in nature and there will be no change of nature and character of the case if such amendment is allowed. As such the prayer is allowed. Amended complaint is also filed.

The Ld. Advocate is directed to put in fresh requisites within 7 days hence for issuance of notice to the OPs in their new addresses fixing 01.04.2022 for their appearance and asking them to file W/V within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notices.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to prepare statement showing of the excess amount which is demanded by the bank. The said statement will bear the signature of competent  authority.

Hence, the said MA being no. 16/2022 is thus disposed of.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
