                        On receipt of the cheque of Rs.80,719/- ( Rupees Eighty Thousand Seven Hundred Nineteen Only ) from the Hon’ble State Commission, notice was served upon the complainant and opposite party. Sh.Bikramjit Singh, Public Relation Inspector, GPO, Amritsar has suffered statement that he has no objection if the amount be disbursed to the complainant. Today. Sh.Bikramjit Singh, Public Relation Inspector, GPO, Amritsar appeared and brought a cheque bearing No.736654 dated 13.7.2024 for Rs.52,995/- ( Rupees Fifty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Only ) favouring Sukhwinder Singh drawn on State Bank of India, Amritsar Cantt Branch in remaining compliance of the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission/District Commission and same has been received by the complainant and stated that the opposite party has made full compliance of the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission/District Commission.   Keeping in view the statement suffered by the counsel for the opposite party and order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, a cheque of Rs.80719/- be issued in favour of the complainant Sukhwinder Singh under proper receipt and identification. File be consigned to the record room.
