Present:               Mr. Ramesh Kumar, authorized representative for the complainant.

Ms. Veena Bhutani, Advocate for the Ops.

 

                                Today the case was fixed for filing written statement of the Ops alongwith entire evidence and for filing vakalatnama of Ops.  At this stage, Ramesh Kumar, authorized representative  for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now nothing remain towards the Ops.  So he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                                Heard.  In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                                A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
