Complainant filed hazira. Ld.Counsel for the Opp.parties also filed hazira. Written version was filed earlier into proceeding. Heard the both parties. The dispute between the parties centres aroung on non-receipt  of Policy Bond of hte complainant. Opp. party’s version are that both the Policy Bond receipt Book are delivered tot he complainant. On the otherhand, complainant states that though he has received the Book but does not receive the Policy Bond., According to us, the dispute will be ever if a duplicate policy bond issued to the complainant by the Opp.Parties.

                                                                                         O R D E R

                                 Hence, it is directd that Opp.Parties will issue duplicate Policy Bond tot he complaiannt within one month of receipt of this order, failing which Rs. 1000/-(Rupees One thousand) only will be imposed as fine per month for the delayed period.

                        Complainant is allowed in part on contest. No order as to cost.
