Case record is put up peruse the same.This case is of the year 2020.The complainant is represented by Adv.B.C.Behera & A.N.Meher.The postal endorsement discloses the complainant is no more.The LRs of the deceased complainant is required to be substituted in view of the provision of law.But in this case since long no step is taken from the side of the complainant.Placing reliance upon the postal endorsement,we are the view that the present complaint could not be proceeded further on the ground of “death” of the complainant.Moreover,the Ld.Counsel for the complainant is not taken any step to substitute the LRs.Considering the above fact and circumstances further pending of this case not serve any purpose as such the complaint is dismissed as non-prosecution.Owing to “death” of the complainant.
