       Resp. is further directed to consider  the claim of ramesh Raut on priority  basis as per letter dated 4/4/91 and also consioder the claim of ku.wasudha kawale if it is chronologically senior to the clim of Ramesh Raut and deliveer the possession ot the tenament No.4/8 parties to jbear eheir own costs
