Matter was passed over. On the second call also, none is present on behalf of the petitioner. Present petition came up for hearing for the first time on 30.5.2012. On that date, none was present on behalf of the petitioner and matter was adjourned to 3.8.2012. On 3.8.2012 again, none was present on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing, some proxy counsel appeared and matter was adjourned. Further, last opportunity was granted to the petitioner to remove the defects as pointed out by the Registry. Since, no body is appearing on behalf of the petitioner since morning nor the defects have been removed till date, petition is dismissed in default as well as for non compliance of order of this Commission.
