COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Shri Harish Rikhari, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant.

 

                     Today the case is fixed for consideration on its admissibility. However, the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before Appropriate Authority/Tribunal/Competent Court.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
