2.         Examiner (name to be disclosed by Op No.1) Laboratory Form for Sputum Examination, under Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme, Haryana, through Op No.1.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:                       None for the complainant.

 

                       

                                    Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. After perusal of the file, it has come to the notice that on dt. 6.6.2016 case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint and on the request of the counsel for the complainant case was adjourned to 9.6.2016 for consideration. On dt. 9.6.2016 none was appeared on behalf of the complainant and the case was adjourned for today i.e 13.6.2016 . Today case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 pm. But  again there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant for consideration . It seems that  complainant is not interested to pursue his present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
