In terms of the said order the Ld. Advocate for opposite party nos.2 and 3 files an application in which they setting the terms and conditions of the settlement.

The terms of settlement  is hereby accepted.

Let the impugned application dated 16/12/2022 be made part of the order.

Opposite party nos.2 and 3 is directed to fulfil the terms of settlement fully mentioned in Paragraph-2 (a) to (c) of the application by issuing a demand draft in favour of the complainant by 16/01/2023.

Thus, the complaint case is disposed of.
