Parties are present. The complainant is personally present and filed a memo stating therein that he does not want to proceed further in the case against O.P. The complainant ready and willing to receive a sum of Rs.7, 000/-(Rupees seven thousand) for full and final settlement of the dispute.

   In view of the matter the complaint of the complainant stands disposed of. Therefore the O.Ps are directed to either transfer the settlement amount to the account of the complainant or to deposit the amount through account payee cheque in the  SB account No.11393958906, stands in the name of the complainant.

    Order pronounced in the open Commission in the 2^nd Lok Adalat this the day of 13^th day of May, 2023.
