09.10.2017  :     x x x x x x x x x x x x.  The Complainant being present presented an application dtd. 08.12.2016 stating that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court and hence the Complainant does not want to proceed with the case in view of the above settlement with the O.Ps.

In view of the above facts, we dismiss the case against the Opp. Parties, since amicably settled.
