      Complainant is absent on call. It is seen from the record that, the case has been ready for expert hearing  since 13.12.2017 , since taken the complainant is absent  on call adjourned  date of hearing i,e. On dt.13.12.2017, 10.01.2018, 04.04.2018, 24.04.2018, 28.05.2018 and 26.06.2018 which shows that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the hearing of the case. Accordingly the case of the complainant is dismissed for default.
