                   Complaint instituted before the registry of this Commission on 03.11.2021 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.                                   

             Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file his claim before appropriate Forum. The original documents Ex.C15 & Ex.C16 are ordered to be returned being in original to the complainant through his counsel against proper receipt. Counsel acknowledged the receipt of the same. File be consigned to records.
