Today is fixed for payment by J/dr.
Both parties are present through their Ld. Agents.
On behalf of the J/dr. Ld. Agent files a petition stating that they want to deposit the decreetal amount of Rs.90,000/- today for remitting the same to the Consumer Welfare Fund. He also stated that previously, a sum of Rs.10,000/- was paid by him on 24.04.19 towards Consumer Welfare Fund. Accordingly, J/dr. has paid a total sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and prays for disposal of the case.
The J/dr. submits a cheque No. 973082 dated 29.11.19 for Rs.90,000/- in favour of Consumer Welfare Fund. Let it be kept with the safe custody of the Registrar-in-Charge for taking necessary action.
Hence, the instant case is disposed of.
