A/R for Complainant is present. A/R for Op is present.

A/R for both the parties a memo dated 23.09.2020 stating that in the instant case both parties to the present dispute amicably settled their dispute outside the Court and also submitted that Complainant does not want to proceed further against the O.P., being amicably settled.

It is ascertained from the submissions A/R for both the parties and after careful perusal of the memo dated 23.09.2020, that  both the parties have settled their disputes amicably out of Court and Complainant does not want to proceed further against the O.P.

Considering the submission of the parties present, we are inclined to close the case hence forth. Accordingly, present case is disposed of.
