Complainant is present. O.Ps are also present alongwith their authorized representatives.  Complainant filed a memo dated 10.04.2021 stating that the disputes between the parties has been settled amicably out of Court, as such she does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps.

Perused the Memo dated 10.04.2021 filed by the Complainant and it is ascertained from the submissions of complainant and the memo to that effect that the disputes between the parties to the present case has already been settled amicably out of Court and complainant has no claim against the O.Ps in future.   Hence, on the basis of such memo dated 10.04.2021, we are inclined to drop the case. 

Keeping in view of the above settlement made between the parties, we have no hesitation to close the case.  Hence the present case is closed henceforth.
