The Parties being present through their A/Rs filed a joint petition stating that their disputes have been amicably settled in the N.L.A and the Op received Rs.5000/- from the complainant out of the settled amount of Rs.73000/- for such settlement, the complainant does not want to proceed further against the Op and prayed to drop this case.

                In view of above of facts the case is closed as not pressed.
