Opposite party No.1 & 2 are present filed their written version . None appear for the complainant to received the copy of the written version . Learned Advocate for the O.P 1 & 2 draw the kind attention of this Commission that the complaint was filed on 29.12.2018 and admitted on 31.12.2018 in presence of the complainant. And since then the complainant has been remaining absent to prosecute with this case. On perusal of the record it is ascertained that the complainant has never turned up since the date of admission of this case. As many as 32 adjournments have been granted for adjudication of  the complaint of  the compliance . Even today no repeated call the complainant remained absent to receive the written version filed by the O.P 1 & 2  in such circumstance we feel that the complainant is not interested to proceed further none in this case. Hence , this complaint petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Extract of this order be served to the parties free of cost for their information and perusal.
