            This case is taken up today considering the exigencies of the case on the strength of the advance petition filed by the learned counsel for the complainant.  The learned counsel for the complainant submitted that the complainant had died on 12.05.2021 enclosed the death certificate issued by Berhampur Municipal Corporation vide issue No.2292/2021. Since then  the legal heirs representing the complainant further the learned counsel for the complainant submitted photo copy of the legal heirs certificate of the deceased complainant alongwith the photo copies of adhar card of all legal heirs and the compromise petition  duly signed by the executants in this regard to prove  their payment of disputed amount.  As the disputes is already amicable settled outside of this Commission, the legal heirs of the complainant filed a petition to withdraw and drop the case against the O.Ps.

            Perused the petition, verified the death certificate of the complainant, legal heir certificate, adhar card and other documents of compromise, pay slip, statement of Bank account.  The legal heirs of the complainant prayed to close the case in terms of their compromise held between the parties. The post of both Members are lying vacant.  In view of justice as contemplated the case is closed.

            The office is directed to supply copy of order to the parties free of cost and a copy of same be sent to the server of www.confonet.nic.in for posting in internet and thereafter the file be consigned to record room.
