ORDER


 

Since the dispute is in connection with the Telegraph Act, the remedy under Consumer Protection Act is barred in the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 1/9/2009 in Civil Appeal No.7687 of 2004 between General Manager, Telecom & M. Krishnan and Others. In view of the above, the complaint is dismissed as not maintainable. Complainant is at liberty to seek redress from appropriate authority.
