ORDER

The complaints are partly allowed. 

In CC.No.150/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.1,18,256/- (Rupees One lakh eighteen thousand two hundred fifty six only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.179/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.58,010/- (Rupees Fifty eight thousand ten only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.181/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.9,085/- (Rupees Nine thousand eighty five only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.190/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.21,280/- (Rupees Twenty one thousand two hundred eighty only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.198/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.17,280/- (Rupees Seventeen thousand two hundred eighty only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.230/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.58,475/- (Rupees Fifty eight thousand four hundred seventy five only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.232/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.31,910/- (Rupees Thirty one thousand nine hundred ten only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.262/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.1,06,757/- (Rupees One lakh six thousand seven fifty seven only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

And further opposite party i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Yashaswini Co. Op. Farmers Health Care Scheme shall pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) in each towards the cost of litigation expenses in all the complaints. Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

In the present case, interest considered by this Forum itself is compensation and therefore, no separate amount for compensation is awarded.

Complaints against rest of the Opposite parties in all the cases is hereby dismissed.

            The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
