ORDER

The complaints are partly allowed. 

In CC.No.14/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.19,590/- (Rupees Nineteen thousand five hundred ninety only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.15/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.20,365/- (Rupees Twenty thousand three hundred sixty five only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.42/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.28,415/- (Rupees Twenty eight thousand four hundred fifteen only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.43/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.16,385/- (Rupees Sixteen thousand three hundred eighty five only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.44/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.11,200/- (Rupees Eleven thousand two hundred only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.45/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.48,781/- (Rupees Forty eight thousand seven hundred eighty one only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.53/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.11,420/- (Rupees Eleven thousand four hundred twenty only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.54/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.3,920/- (Rupees Three thousand nine  hundred twenty only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.57/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.21,400/- (Rupees Twenty one thousand four hundred only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.62/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.29,510/- (Rupees Twenty nine thousand Five hundred ten only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.294/2013 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.22,267/- (Rupees Twenty two thousand two sixty seven only) to the complainant towards medical expenses along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.295/2013 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.4,620/- (Rupees Four thousand six hundred twenty only) to the complainant towards medical expenses along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

And further opposite party No.1 shall pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) each towards the cost of litigation expenses in all the complaints. Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

Complaints against Opposite party No.2 is hereby dismissed in C.C. Nos. 14, 15, 42, 43, 44, 53, 54, 57 & 62/2014,  294 & 295/2013.

               Complaint against Opposite party No.2 & 3 are hereby dismissed in 45/2014.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
