The complaints are partly allowed. 

In CC.No.181/2014 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.9,085/- (Rupees Nine thousand eighty five only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

            The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
