No step from the side of the D.H. 

Learned Advocate Mr. A.Ray is present for the J.D. No.2.

We heard Mr. Ray and he submits that that the D.H. is absent on consecutive dates and the conduct of the D.H. speaks that D.H. is not interested with the case. He submits to drop the case.

From the order sheet dated 20.01.2021, 24.02.2021 and 17.03.2021, we find that D.H. was absent without any step. It also appears that D.H. was given direction to take necessary step but no step was taken by the D.H. as per previous order and it is presumed that D.H. is not interested to proceed with the proceeding.

Hence, this Execution proceeding is dropped for non-prosecution.

Copy of the order may be supplied to the parties free of cost.
