Heard both the sides.  Adv.Rupali Desai h/f Adv.Mr.M.B.Gawande for appellant appeared on letter of authority along with the letter of authority- taken on record.  She also files a pursis/memo stating that appellants desire to withdraw the appeals.  Allowed to withdraw.  Hence, the following order:-
