 Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant as to why the instant case shall not be dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this commission. Ld. Advocate for O.p. is present. Complainant is absent without any step and did not file show-cause. On repeated calls upto 12.55 p.m. nobody appears on behalf of complainant. We are of the view that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case further. Therefore, the instant case is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this commission.

Accordingly, the instant C.C. case No.344/2018 is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this commission. No order is passed as to cost.
