          Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the OPs. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that on the instructions of the Complainant, he does not want to pursue the present Complaint and, thus, withdraws the same.

                     Heard. In view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
