          Vina Kumari-appellant (applicant herein) has filed the instant application to review the order dated 29^th March, 2016 passed by this Commission.

2.      Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that on 29^th March, 2016, he argued the appeal on merits, but inadvertently the appeal was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

3.      Since the appeal has already been decided vide order dated 29^th March, 2006, this Commission is not empowered to review its own decision in view of the judgment rendered by Hon’ble Supreme Court in Rajeev Hitendra Pathak and Others Vs. Achyut Kashinath Karekar and Another, IV (2011), CPJ 35, (S.C). 

4.      Hence, the application is dismissed.
