                   Mr. Hukam Chand, Assistant appeared in person before this Commission on behalf of Ops No.1 & 2 and filed authority letter.

                    Complainant has made a separate statement to the effect that that he does not want to pursue the complaint further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied. Heard.

                    In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, forthwith, free of cost as permissible under Rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
