1. Chief Administrative, Housing Board, Haryana, Plot no.C-15, Awas Bawan, Sector-6, Pandhkula.
2. Estate Manager, Housing Board, Karnal having its office at Sector-3, GT road, Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the case is fixed for arguments.

                At this stage, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdrawal the same being compromised.

                   In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
