Present:-      Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate, for the Complainant.

 

                   Today the complaint is fixed for consideration on its admissibility. During Consideration, the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same, seeking liberty to file it afresh.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh, before the commission.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the Complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
